（1）同学们大都追一些歌星和影视明星。

并且没有好好地与长辈交流沟通，而引起了父母的不理解，但只要克服这些不足，这些问题就能够迎刃而解。另外，我们还应该明确追星的目的，不可以盲目地随潮流，在这股热浪中冲昏了头，迷失了方向，给自己带来不利的影响。 中学生追星的理由有如下几点：

（1）慕拜心理。中学生们所追的星，男的大多英俊潇洒、风流倜傥，扮演的也多是些义胆冲天、侠骨柔肠的铮铮铁汉；女的则羞花闭月、沉鱼落雁，扮演的也多是些娇媚可人、善良温柔的亭亭玉女；球星也都英姿勃勃、气质逼人，在赛场上更有翻云覆雨、左右全局之势。这些难免让正处在青春期的少男少女们羡慕、迷恋、崇拜甚至疯狂。

（2）从众心理。在中学生中，追星现象很普遍，势力也很大，以致本来没多大

心情追星的同学，为了不被看做“落伍”，不被视为“异端”，也自觉不自觉地入了流。

（3）时尚心理。“追星”，在不少中学生看来，就是件时髦的事，至于有没有道理、有没有价值，何必管它那么多？只要有“星”可“追”就足够了。

通过上述分析，你应该能明白，追星对中学生来说是一种正常的心理需求和行为表现，但要把握好分寸

1．不盲目追星。你所崇拜的应该是真正值得你崇拜的，该不是徒有其表，更应该有高尚的人品和超凡的气度；该不仅仅吸引你的目光，更应该能震撼你的心灵。

2．不疯狂追星。不要滥花时间和钱在追星上。因为，星的光环不应该罩在你的身上，追星也就没有什么可夸耀的，更不应该成了你生活的全部。

3．摒弃狭隘心态。同学们所祟拜的偶像有同有异，不能因为偶像的不同，就对别的同学持排斥甚至敌对的态度。

4．善于从自己所崇拜的偶像身上吸取积极的人生经验。

总之，不要在追星中失去你自己，因为你最终只能成为你自己。

我们主张热爱明星、学习明星、争当明星，反对盲目崇拜明星、依恋明星、丧失自我。热爱而学习，以明星为榜样，激励自己，与明星同行，既是社会之需，也是个人之求，亦是明星之所愿，如此才有利于社会和人的进步。把明星视为偶像，盲目崇拜、依恋，从而丧失了自我，则是错误的。明星者，人也，有其长，也有其短，有其超人的天赋、智慧和技能，也有其不如常人之处，不必迷信，无须崇拜。
