(个人觉得这些是对的,第3句没有必要用过去的过去.因为“I waited for an hour ”在逻辑上一定是发生在“he didn't come ”以前,是不强调说明的.）
看过语法书了,第3句的两者多对,因为句中有for或since的,可以用过去式代替过去完成时.

1.I've read the book 3 times
2.i went to the house 3 times
3.两者都对

i've read the book for 3 times
i went to the house for 3 times
i had waited for an hour, but he didn't come
一般 现在完成时都是表示对现在有影响的动作 记住这个就可以了
多少次的话 一般都加FOR 这个记得

都是对的 但是加FOR的更常说
第三句时态不一样 看你强调什么了 严格的说就是过去完成时 但是用过去时也没有原则错误 本来就是过去发生的事情
