这里判断的是非限制性定语从句中的单数复数,我们知道,there be句型中,be动词单数或复数是跟be动词后的名词（句子的主语）要一致.
因为谓语动词是are,所以肯定主语不是一张床,这样,A和B就排除了

C和D的区别是：
