3.Allowance on quantity is allowed:any quantity difference should be approved by suzuya:any shortshipment or overdhipment factory has to responsible to the fob cost if suzuya not accept.
4.Anything invloved to fabric defect must be report to suzuya before cut otherwise factory has to take responsibility to fob cost.
5.factory has to confirm the followling in good conditions before cut:fabric width ,contents ,defect,colorfastness to light ,washing,rubbing,shrinkageand twisting.factory need to check at least 15% for all our factory and adv fabric checking report.
6.all quality for merchandise if not meet suzuya standard,suzuya has the right to clam fob cost or even sales lost.

2.任何延迟送货必须提前14天得到SUZUYA公司的同意.没有提前得到SUZUYA公司同意的突然延时发货将导致在离岸价格和销售损失上的惩罚.（对于纯粹来料加工价格来讲,每天纯粹来料加工价格中的百分之五.）（装运港船上交货量每天百分之五扣除）
