选A,with sth done做完了某事,go on to do放下手中的事去做另一件事,go on doing继续做同一件事 “做好饭以后我又接着做了些针线活”

A.cooking和do之间是动宾关系,故用被动
go on doing 继续做某事
go on to do 放下某件事情,去做另外一件事情.{同理的还有stop}
