Tn = b1 + b2 + b3 + …… + bn
= 2 + 2*2^2 + 3*2^3 + …… (n-1)*2^(n-1) + n*2^n
Tn/2 = 1 + 2*2 + 3*2^2 + 4*2^3 + …… (n-1)*2^(n-2) + n*2(n-1)
Tn - Tn/2
= -1 + 2*(1-2) + 2^2 * (2-3) + 2^3 *(3-4) + …… + 2^(n-1) * [(n-1) - n] + n*2^n
= - [1 + 2 + 2^2 + 2^3 + …… + 2^(n-1)] + n*2^n
= - (2^n -1) + n*2^n
= (n-1)*2^n + 1
Tn = (n-1)*2^(n+1) + 2
