一般动词加ing都可以变成它的动名词.
有一部分动词本身也能做名词.
我个人感觉区别是很细微的,动名词注重那个动作,整个动作过程看做一个事件.而名词,就是这个事物/事件本身的意思.
语法上来说两个换用也可以的.不过动名词多了点动态的感觉.
