我将来的实际情况是没有时间,而but if I had the time 是对将来作一个完全相反的假设,说我要是有时间的话,这个从句用一般过去时的had作为谓语动词,主句也对将来作一个完全相反的假设,说我就去旅行,用would do这个谓语动词形式,是语法规定的.而have,have had,would have都不是一般过去时,故均错误.
因为后面用了I would go ,前面用had ，这是对现在或将来的虚拟
从句用一般过去时，主句用would +动词原形 ，是固定搭配。不能用A,C,D
这是要死记硬背的语法，看到 if 时就要条件反射地选过去时。
记住，任何一个表明设想的句子，就是没发生的，都是过去时。
因为有but if ，所以是虚拟语气，主句用过去将来时，从句用一般现在时
