是“关不上"的意思.这不就带有情态意味了吗：
will 表意志意愿时,主语可以是无生命的东西.
直译：不愿关上 也就是关不了的意思
这相当于汉语的拟人手法,英语中很常见.
。就是用won't 表示客观的事实，就是窗户坏了，关不上。不是将来时的用法，这是个固定的用法，表示“不能怎么怎么样”
