文中有材料为：Adults:5.00
Children and Concessions：2.50
Family ticket:9.00(2 adults and up to 3 children)
为什么不选A选C呢?up to不是要达到3个小孩才符合条件吗?还是只要不超过3个小孩就可以?up to不是达到的意思吗?

这道题我做过耶.我也选了15,可是确实不是15,当时我也问过老师.up to的确是达到的意思,但是,放在这里要理解为不超过三个,也就是最多两个.所以是9.当词组放在阅读理解里,要联系上下文理解,而不是单靠字面意思.英语很灵活哦.我记得老清楚了!

题目的意思是问如果是你你会怎么选择。那当然是选择家庭票了2个孩子也包含在3个孩子的票里咯
