They have different meanings.
"Is it good for me to do sth " means the thing is good for you to do.
"Is it good of me to do sth" means if you did this thing,you are a good person.For example,"It's good of you to invite me." You can also say,"It's very kind of you ..."
前者的意思是 做什么对我很有益
后者的意思是 你真好心 能做什么
对 都可以用 但是意义不同
it is adj. +of sb.-------这里的adj.（形容词）是修饰人的性格，品行......
it is adj. +for sb.-------译成“做什么对某某某怎么样”
所以Is it good for me to do sth 做什么对我有益。
is it good of me to do sth 你人真是好心去做这个。
