Think of the bright side of things.Maybe it's a week,maybe it's a month of grounding.But think of it as just a time off,from friends and cell phones.Just look to the future and how fun it will be seeing them again.
Think about what you did.Maybe you decided to take sweet revenge on a big brat,
or maybe you lied to your parents,or went over time on the computer.Just make sure you don't do it again.But if your body and mind is almost forcing you to do it again,talk to a guardian or an older person about it.It doesn't necessarily have to be your parents.Unless that's who you want.
Apology is hard,but it's the right road to get out of the hole of trouble.If you apologize the person may not forgive you right away,but if she/he's a brat,who cares.don't fight to regain trust if the person deserved it in the first place.Just sincerely apologize and leave it at that.But if it's your parents that you are apologizing to,then if you ever want to go out alone again,you might want to regain their trust.
Live with it.If you complain about it and think of all the bad things about being grounded,
or in trouble it's going to seem a lot worse.Maybe if you be a good kid your parents will let up early or something good like that.You never know.You just have to roll with the punches and just be relieved that your parents care enough to try and change you.
