Neloson Mandela fought for black people and helped black people get the same rights as white people.(总领全文)He was born near Transkei on 18th July,1918.He completed law degree at the university when he was 22 years old.And soon he formed ANC Youth League which helped poor black people(第一个事例).In 1952,he set up law office to help black people in Johannesbug(第二个事例),later this year ,law office closed by government because he attacked anti-black laws.Unluckily,ten years later,he was sentenced to five years,hard labour for encouraging violence against anti-black laws.But he didn`t give up,he began a school for those who had little learning (第三个事例).And in 1963,ANCbegan to blow up some government building to achieve their dream of making black and white people equal(第四个事例).In 1990,he was released from prison after 28 years in prison .And he won the Nobel Peace Prize for what he had done for black people in 1993.What he did teaches us what a modern hero is.(总结)

Born on October 28th, 1955, he is currently the world's third richest person, and the chairman of Microsoft, the software company he founded with Paul Allen. Bill Gates started studying at Harvard University in 1973, which is where he met Paul Allen. In his junior year of college, Bill and Paul dropped out of Harvard, and set out to revolutionize the computer industry. It was his personal belief that everyone should have the right to own a computer. Thus, in 1975, the company, Micro-soft was formed, though it was soon after changed to Microsoft ®. This company completely changed the way people use and view computers today. Over the past decade, Microsoft has helped make computers easier to use with advanced software, and is one of the reasons that computers are a commercial success today. However, besides contributing to the world through his company, Bill Gates has decided to start a charity foundation with his own money, called the Bill & Melinda Gates Foundation. This foundation aims to improve the health of women and children, and is dedicated to sharing the promise of new technologies with all citizens. Furthermore, Bill Gates is also an avid supporter of the gaming industry, and with his support, he has allowed thousands of game developers and publishers to grow and prosper. June 27th, 2008 was Bill Gate’s last full day at Microsoft, and many workers were quite sad at his leaving. Starting from when he created his company Microsoft, to now, Bill Gates has truly made an enormous contribution to the world.
