while是转折连词,常用的意思有“而,虽然”这里是“而”的意思.while也可作引导词引导从句,但在句中不充当成份.however一般放在句首,要是放在句中,要用逗号隔开.此题B项是对的,while就是连词,不用逗号隔开.
如果用however的话，那后面接的那句话就也应该是与前面那个英语有关的，以表示转折。

2。 用作连词
用作连词，引导方式状语从句，表示“无论以何种方式”“不管怎样”。如：
However it may be， I shall take your word。 无论如何，我将会相信你的话。
