2)这个问题是BILL个人价值观的偏见问题,其他人并没有错,不能迁就,只有正确解决才能带来积极影响.但因为BILL是老员工,解决时应给予足够尊重.

The only way for getting the positive effect is to resolve the problem in right method without giving in. Bill should be respected enough as one senior staff in the process of resolving the problem.
