in the house 是固定搭配的.
at 后面加某地 （地方比较小） at home是固定搭配.at 后面加时间点 如：at 11：00.
用s' 是复数的名词所有格.my sisters' house 我（两个或以上）姐妹的房子.
用s' 是单数的名词所有格.my sister's house 我（一个）姐或妹的房子.
the house of my sister 意思是一样的.但是这个表达形式比上面两个更为正式.写文章可以用这个.如：the friend of mine 我的朋友

S'是复数的宾格。。如girls' books(这些女孩的书)...boys'..
’s是单数的宾格，如this girl's books（这个女孩的书）
THE...OF....可以表达以上两种 the books of the girl/the books of these girls...
