1.先行词是人的时候,一般就是用who；只有在先行词既有人又有物时,关系代词才是用that,不能用who,也不能不用which.例如：
The scientist and his achievements that you told me about are admired by us all.我们所有人都钦佩你告诉我的那位科学家和他所取得的成就.
你去查查看你说的那个that后面带人了的是不是这种情况.
2.as...as...是用于比较的,意思是“...和...一样”,所以第一个as后面一定跟的是个形容词,要是按照你这个说法,那as后面岂不是跟的是个名词 dancer了?你觉得别扭,是因为你缺少这方面的语感,你多练练,多读读,就会习惯了.另外我在给你一个类似的用法：
