这里用的是keep sth adj这个结构,
open本身除了动词外,还是个形容词,所以原形就可以
但是如果是“关”,就要keep the door closed

A
keep sth+adj.表示让什么维持一种状态
open是adj.

a open可以做形容词表状态。

keep sb doing sth

选A,
keep sth adj. adj.表示一种状态。做宾补。
通常情况下open作为动词"打开"解释,
