2.1.4.to report to the Client in the written form about all found lacks of information received,and to make an additional request in case of its incompleteness;
2.1.5.to inform the Client about all and any circumstances that have or able to have negative effect on the goods' safety,duly goods' delivery or/and proper Forward Agents' performance of his responsibilities pursuant to the Present Contract;
2.2.Forwarding Agent has the following rights:
2.2.1.to obtain full and precise information on the goods characteristics from the Client.
2.2.2.If the Goods' characteristics differ essentially from the indicated by the Client in the Addition,to demand for the correspondent change of the transportation price.
2.2.3 to retain the load that is at his disposal until the Client pays off all his debts to the Forwarding Agent or the Client provides the fulfillment of his liabilities properly and pays all the Forwarding Agent’s invoices.In this case the Client has also to pay all the expenses connected with the load retaining.The Client himself accounts for the load damage in consequence of its retaining by the Forwarding Agent in the cases foreseen in the present item.
