第三个表示时间上的前面
前两个的区别是in front of 表示在...的前方（外部）there is a car in front of the classroom
in the front of 表示 在...的前部（内部）there is a blackboard in the front of the classroom

in front of 是空间上的在。。之前，指物体外部。
in the front of也是指空间上的在。。之前，但区别是物体内部的前端。
ahead一般指时间，后置做副词或ahead of 连用作介词短语。
