none指三个人以上

none表示三者或三者以上都不，neither表示两者之间都不

none用于三个和三个以上，因为跑步的选手很多，大于3个。neither用于两者的否定

说的是跑步的运动员们，不是两个班级，运动员没说只有两个，所以用None。

None形容两个人以上都没有，而neither是两者之间一个也没有，runners是两个人以上，所以用none而不用neither。
