这个主要是感情色彩上的区别
bias一般就是贬义的,就是倾向于歧视的偏见
stereotype则较为中性,指的是一种模式化的看法,但这一种看法不一定就是不好的
我同意 dreamhxt 的说法, 但再补充一点。
stereotype 常是一种 与对象的出身有关的 模式化的看法。譬如说回教徒多是恐怖分子，或是犹太人都要小孩学医，或是犹太人都爱赚钱，等等。
have a bias on sth 多强调“带有偏狭、不客观、过于主观或武断的看问题或形势”；少数情况下也可指以上面的方式对人。
