本设计采用以单片机为核心的低成本、高精度、微型化数字显示超声波测距仪的硬件电路和软件设计.系统启动后,超声波发射头发射的超声波在空气中传播一段时间后经前方被检测物体反射回来,由超声波接收头接收,超声波电路中的接收芯片对信号放大整形,超声波接收电路接收回波后发出一个下拉电平使单片机进入中断程序,在中断程序中,单片机从温度检测电路读取数值并换算成当前温度下的声速,应用时差法计算所检测的距离,最后所有的数据都在LCD显示电路上显示.整个设计采用模块化设计,在硬件方面,包括单片机模块、温度补偿模块、超声波收发模块、LCD显示模块.在软件设计方面通过总程序将超声波测距程序模块、显示程序模块、温度测量程序模块、外部中断模块有机地结合在一起.各探头的信号经单片机综合分析处理,实现超声波测距仪的各种功能.在此基础上设计了系统的总体方案,最后通过硬件和软件实现了各个功能模块.相关部分附有硬件电路图、程序流程图.
