介绍通过调整反应温度、反应时间、抗菌剂中银、锌离子的含量,研究载银锌沸石抗菌剂的稳定性和抗变色性,并对其抗变色性能和抗菌性能进行了测试和分析。得出载银锌沸石的最佳制备环境为使用0.1mol/L的AgNO3溶液和2mol/L的ZnSO4溶液进行混合在70℃的水浴锅中搅拌3小时。本文还采用抑菌环和抑菌率实验对最佳环境下制备载银锌沸石抗菌剂涂布抗菌包装纸的抗菌性能和物理性能进行了测定与研究。结果表明,减少载银锌沸石抗菌剂中银离子的含量,增加锌离子的含量,抗菌剂样品的抗菌性能变化不大,而抗变色性能却有较大提升。
使用该方法制备的载银锌沸石抗菌剂稳定性较好,避光保存时间较长,杀菌性能较好,抗变色性优良,是载银沸石的理想替代品。
