当然不加了,看见某人做某事短语
see sb.do sth.看见某人做某事的过程
see sb.doing sth.看见某人正在做某事
I see the children playing football on the playground .
I see the children play football on the playground.

不用加的，因为see是一个感官动词，所以不用加be动词的．

肯定要加be动词的,因为后面没有谓语啊.
