一、“by + 时间”表示截止到过去或将来的某个时间点,用作时间状语时,句子的谓语动词的时态有两种情况：
1.谓语动词为行为动词,而且该行为是发生在某个时间点以前的,需要要用完成时态表示,如：
By the end of last year,we had already read almost 100 English Articles.去年年底以前,我们已经读过差不多100篇英语文章.
(去年年底以前是个过去以前的一段时间,读书是发生在这段过去的过去时间内,截止到的时间已经不包括在内)
