37,因为需要被动语态，排除BD。AC语法都正确，Being可表示从过去到现在一直持续的动作，而不一定非得用现在完成时表达。况且现在完成时有“完成”的含义，套用在句中即表示为动作持续到现在为止，不符合题意（题意是动作将从过去到现在到未来一直持续）。且C选项语法结构较A更复杂，不符合应用习惯。故选A。
