其实他的主语就一个Meimei,你把with her friends 可以移到后面就很清楚了.Listen !Meimei ( ) with her friends in the next room.
这里如果with 换成AND就不选A了.这就是英语中最难的介词用法,需要慢慢体会呵呵

其实这句话可写成Meimei is in the next room with her friends来理解。 Meimei是主语，with her friends是介词短语，修饰或伴随主语meimei
