我是这么想的,work是一个延续性动词,表示这种动作可以延续下去,常与for或since连用,所以选B.
比如这个句子：I stayed there for 2 weeks.我们就不会说I have stayed there for 2 weeks.应该是一个道理吧…
（stay也是延续性动词）
