In the absence of the deviations listed in the ‘Schedule of Deviations’, the offer shall be deemed to be in full conformity with the specification not withstanding anything else stated elsewhere in the offer, data sheet, etc. The hidden deviations or stated / implied deviations in the offer shall not be acceptable OR binding on the Buyer.
