1.现在分词作状语 与 过去分词作状语 的区别
2.过去分词作状语时是不是要省略Be动词
3.请看下面句子：
The worker who has worked there is moving to Shenzhen.
变成：
（1）The worker working there ...(后面我省略了）
（2）The worker worked there ...
它变成（1）、（2）中的哪一个?
4.如果将上面句子改成：
The worker who has worked there for a long time is moving to Shenzhen.
加了一个for a long time
上面的应该选（1）还是（2）
特殊情况能不能举个例，我不懂。
但是就算加了for a long time,has worked还是现在完成时没有变。为什么要改成：having working

上面的句子，如果改成：
(1) The worker who has worked there for a long time is my grandfather.
这个句子应该是没有先后顺序的。
(2) The worker who has worked there is my grandfather.
这个去掉了for a long time
我想问的是：两个句子都用working吗？（for a long time怎么办？）

2 通常用省,但是有些情况特殊,如欲用过去分词表被动,但是却是现在的动作,则应用being done的形式
3 用having worked,（2）则是work的被动态了

Being surrounded,the rebel troops were forced to surrender.
4 书上这么说：用现在分词的完成形式表此动作与位于的动作有明显的先后顺序.你的那个句子,如果表意是工人现在已经不在工厂工作了,那么就用having worked.那么这两个句子都表示的是工人以前在那工作,而现在要离开了,就都应用having worked
