two-third是复合形容词,形容词没有复数形式

都正确的，是“三分之二”的读法，但two-thirds需要注意区别，有的学生会误以为符号“---”后面都是跟复数。当基数词+名词合成做定语的时候，名词要单数，如：a five-year plan, a three-month old baby 。
