前三个选项,都是一种可以持续的动作,无论是游泳,坐着还是吃东西,都可持续一点时间.只有d的动作,快.而且,突发.happen是对事件的提问.一般平常的东西,人们习以为常不会再问了.

应该是情景对话。(有人围观,所以好奇的问)
d比较合适

前三项都表示一个正在发生的状态 有持续的一段相当较长的过程, 只有D是表示一瞬间发生的一个动作,用进行时态可以更生动。而问题也是用happening 并非doing

问题是问发生了什么事。
