It is important to keep healthy.I usually do some running in the morning.On weeekdays we do exercises and ey exercises.In the afternoon I play basketball with my friends for about an hour after school.I often help my parents clean the house and wash clothes.I get up early every day.Besides I eat lots of fruit and vegetables because they are rich in vitamines which are good for my health.I never eat junk food because it is rich in fat and salt.Junk food is bad for my health.

As human beings,health is the most important one factor for us to take into consideration.Without a strong body,we can not study and work well.What^s more,we will be less energetic and have no intension to do anything.So we must pay more attention on our body condition and do some physical exercise regularly.Further more,taking less suger and junkfood is necessary,only in this way can we keep fit and build a healthy body.

we should eat healthy food, drink a lot of water and do more exercise . Food can give us energy. Doing exercise can make us strong. Second,we should change clothes often, wash hands often, keep the air fresh and clean and do house cleaning often to stop germs from getting into our bodies.
You shouldn’t keep long fingernails. At last, we should go to see a doctor at once if we don’t feel well.
