Speaking good English isn t difficult if you are ready to spend time on it and have more patience.In order to make it all you have to do is conquer some 200-300 sentence patterns and about 2000 words.This is absolutely not nonsense.If you read any situational English book and try to collect all the useful words and sentence patterns from it,you ll know what I am saying here is definitely correct!
Like I said,all you have to do is spend time on it and have patience and your learning habit need to be changed a little bit.Once you decide to do so,keep stick to it and you ll succeed in not time!
My advice here goes:A situational English book with tapes is the end solution for your conquering oral English and with no extra cost anymore.
It can help you with your pronunciation and let you have the sense you need when you speak English.Furthermore you can have all the practical sentence patterns and vocabularies together.
Using it is one of the most important rules which you need to bear in mind.
I never doubt that you can remember ten or more sentences a day,but without using it,it s not yours.And you ll forget it soon as time goes.
Writing daily journal or participating in some topic is a good way to practice English.Writing means a lot,I think,because it allows you enough time to think.You won t have this in real situation.I am sure that you can talk whatever you can write.Because the source is the same.
(1).We study spoken English so as to make oral communications,so this order of importance of oral English study should be followed:Fluency,Accuracy,and Appropriateness.That is to say,we have to pay more attention to practical communicating ability instead of only laying emphasis on the grammatical correctness.

First and the most important, is to speak more. Whenever you have the chance, just seize the chance to speak. The more you speak, you more you will find your disadvantages. There is no shortway to language speaking, just do it, with your teacher, with your classmate, with your foreign friends.
Secondly, videos may help you. With the help of internet, we can acquire plenty of useful native materials: music, movie, TV serials etc of which I think the movie is the best choice. You can learn a lot from a movie, the diction of words, the local voice, the idioms and phrases and so on.
Last but not least, books are also very helpful. But here I want to point out: not the books in domestic, though they are good, the diction of words still needed improving.
That's all my suggestion. I hope it can be helpful to you. I wish you had a big progress in your spoken English.

Watch English TV shows (like 1/2 hr comedy shows, game shows, reality shows etc.), you can pick up lots of slangs, improve your listening comprehension and have better understanding of the culture.
Learn to sing English songs. This will help
you with English pronunciation.
Lastly, try to think in English. That's probably the hardest thing to do. Try not
to mentally translate everything you want to say from Chinese to English, if you do that, you are bound to say "Chinese English" that native speakers may not understand.

Well it is not hard just to read and write english, but the trick is that you got'ta pull the corner of your mouth, watch americans speaking carefully, they makes big movement with their mouth, unlike chinease, while people just simplelly speak while rarely moving their mouth.

Well, there are several methods to improve your English. Learning how to write just isn't enough, you must know how to speak.
For example, you could try watching Tv programs that speaks in English but has subtitles in Chinese. Or you could do it the other way around. You could also try communicating to english native speakers. But i suggest not to learn Singlish. No pffense to Singaporeans out there, but your English is not really that good.
Your could also try staying in a country that speaks english, and stay there for a period of time.Keep practicing, and one day you will suceed!
