为健全学校安全防范机制，提升师生安全意识和防范水平，我校进行了安全自检。其说明如下：

一、建立健全校园安全保卫领导组织情况。将校园安全管理工作列入学校

整体工作规划，建立健全安全工作领导小组（李浩忠、刘德云、黄国荣、谢成存、各班班主任，李浩忠任组长，黄国荣任副组长）。分管领导分工明确，落实工作责任制和责任追究制。

二、制定完善了各种规章制度情况

1、门卫登记制度。严格实行门卫保安制，按照要求职责、规定上墙；并严

格执行门卫出入制度；要有登记簿。上课期间，严防不法人员混入校园伤害师生。

2、巡查制度。严格落实值周教师24小时校园治安巡查制度。

3、根据学校实际情况，不断完善公共安全突发事件处置预案（三个预案：消防、防爆处突、反恐防爆预案）；严格执行突发事件及时报告制度，保障信息畅通。提高中小学生、儿童自我保护意识和紧急避险的能力，并根据演练情况修正应急预案。

三、定期开展安全自查情况

点的安全大检查”。每日在放学后，进行一次安全检查，自查安全隐患消除等情况记录下来，建立完备的安全工作档案。

四、 学校安全小组检查的部位：教学楼、综合楼、宿舍、食堂及校园周边环境。开展校园刀具收缴活动。

五、发现的问题：开关、电源、屋顶问题 夜间应加强巡逻。

六、整改措施：本周内整改完毕，消除安全隐患 。
