About bamboo

Chinese bamboo tree is actually not a tree. It is a plant that belongs to the grass family, Dracaena and the scientific name of the species is Dracaena sanderiana. But, the look of the Chinese bamboo plant with a hollow and green stem and striking green foliage, closely resembles the common bamboo trees.

The plant mainly flourishes in the tropical rain forests of Africa and Southeast Asia, especially in China. Bamboo varieties range in height from a few inches to well over 75 feet and in diameter from 1/16 inch to 12 inches or more, depending on the variety. In the United States the largest varieties generally reach a maximum of 8 inches in diameter and 70 feet in height. The leaves of bamboo varieties range from 1/4 inch wide by 3/4 inch long to 4 inches wide by 24 inches long. You will find green leaves, variegated leaves and yellow leaves.

The above-ground portion of bamboo has several names depending on the stage of growth. When it forms on the rhizome node, it is a bud. As it emerges from the ground and until it develops side branches, it is called a shoot. Once the side branches form, it is called a culm. Culm colors are green, gray, blue, yellow, orange, red, black or some hues of these.The rhizome is a segmented woody stem-like part. The segment dividers are called nodes and the segment between the nodes is the internode. The roots and rhizome buds form only at the nodes.

For centuries bamboo has been used in fishing, papermaking, landscape gardening, handicrafts, fine arts, food, fodder, building, weapons and hundreds of other things.

Bamboo is not only a "plant" it's a way of life.

We have been bitten by the "bamboo bug". We don't know why but it seems everyone involved in bamboo is so passionate about it - it must be contagious. Bamboo is such a beautiful and useful plant, not to mention an ecologically friendly material.

A kind of composite veneer is made of several layers of bamboo and wood veneer through agglutination, using as composite container flooring.

3.2 竹席 Bamboo woven-mat

由厚度较小的窄长竹条经纵横交错编织而成的席子。

It is a woven-mat from thin thickness narrow long bamboo strips by crisscrossed.

3.3 竹帘 Bamboo curtain

具有一定厚度的窄长竹条通过几条线平行连接织成的紧密的帘子。

It is a woven tight curtain from certain thickness narrow bamboo strips by connected several parallel lines.

3.4单板 Veneer（桉树eucalypt、落叶松larch、桦木birch，etc.）

3.5防虫剂的胶层处理 Glueline treatment of insecticide.( Chemical Treatment)

将AQIS允许使用的防虫剂(Retention of Tailileum-300 或Meganium2000)与胶粘剂按规定比例混合均匀后，通过单板或竹材施胶，组坯热压使防虫剂渗透扩散使胶合板达到预期防虫效果的一种处理程序。

A treatment procedure is as following: Mix allowable insecticide in use according to AQIS (Retention of Tailileum-300 or Meganium2000) with glue as regulated proportion uniformly, then through apply glue veneer or bamboo, assembly heat pressing, make the insecticide penetrate and diffuse as to make veneer obtain the expecting insect prevention.

4.技术要求 Technology requirement

4.1 分等 Classification

根据产品和外观质量，理化性能分为合格品和不合格品。

Physicochemical performance is classified as quality part and defective part according to product and appearance quality.

4.2 结构和材料(configuration and material)

4.3胶粘剂(glue)

使用的胶粘剂为Ⅰ类环保型酚醛树脂胶粘剂（PF）,其游离苯酚含量<2.5%,游离甲醛含量<0.2%。

The glue used is classⅠenvironmental phenol formaldehyde resin(PF),wherein free phenol content< 2.5%, free formaldehyde content< 0.2%.

4.4 防虫剂处理Glueline treatment of insecticide.( Chemical Treatment)

集装箱底板必须用防虫防腐剂处理，处理后必须满足澳大利亚卫生防疫部门的标准要求(符合澳大利亚AQIS标准要求。残留量应≥0.35Kg/m) 3

Composite container flooring must be performed with glueline treatment of insecticide and anticorrosive treatment, and must meet for the standard requirement of Australian epidemic department (According with Australian AQIS standard requirement. Residual quantity should be ≥0.35Kg/m3.)

采用防虫剂有Retention of Tailileum-300 ，Meganium2000等

Insecticide used is Retention of Tailileum-(来自:www.Zw2.cn 爱 作文 网)300 ，Meganium2000,etc. .

4.5表层履膜纸 Surface shoe film paper

采用40-80g/cm2的原纸经酚醛树脂(PF)浸渍(浸胶量80-120 g/cm2),颜色为深棕色。 Use 40-80 g/cm2 base paper, immersed with phenol formaldehyde resin(immersion glue quantity 80-120 g/cm2), the colour is is nogger-brown.

4.6外观质量要求 Requirement of appearance and quality

竹木复合集装箱底板的竹席外面必须用浸渍纸覆面，其外观质量要求列于表1。

The outside bamboo-mat of bamboo& wood composite container must be covered with immersed paper, whose appearance and quality requirement described as table1.
