篇三：名片翻译

一张典型的名片一般由七个部分组成：姓名、职位、单位名称、通讯地址、邮政编码、电话、E-mail。在名片翻译的过程中要注意：公司名称的翻译可以遵循名从主人和“信、达、雅”原则；姓名的翻译时除了可以按照中文的拼音来翻译，也可以把名片主人的英文名放进去，方便英语人士记忆；职位职称的翻译时要注意有时候同样的单词不同的组合顺序翻译出来的意义也是完全不一样的；通讯地址的翻译稍微按照从小到大的原则；数字类翻译，要做到细心。

符合“信、达、雅”的原则

中国翻译历史上很重要的一项翻译标准就是“信、达、雅”。其中，“信”即指忠实，译文要准确地传达原著的思想内容；“达”指译文要明白通达，通顺流畅符合译文习惯；而“雅”则“求其古雅”，严

复认为应将文章尽量翻译得富丽典雅。

有些公司名称是根据公司原来的中文拼音翻译的，例如：湖南省怡清源茶业有限公司，根据汉语拼音方案（王新敏，2004：188-189）它就可以翻译成：Hunan Provincial YiQingYuan Tea Industry Co., Ltd.。我认为这样翻译比较简单也可行。后来，经过查证，该公司自己也是这样的译法。同时，这里也遵循了上
