篇一：小学英语实习周记

第一周 2.17——2.21

本周工作基本内容有两块：一是熟悉学校基本教学情况，二是听课。主要跟着三年级的一个班，有空也听其他年级或者其他课程的课。

“纸上得来终觉浅，绝知此事要躬行”是本周学习最大的感触。上学期在陈乾峰老师的教学实训课堂上看来很多同学的模拟讲课，觉得挺容易，但到了小学英语课堂一看，还真不是那么回事儿。至少就我而言，把小学生想得太简单了。实际教学中常常要用到所谓的教学机智，而课堂模拟中，我们常常把小学生想得很“简单”。可以说，小学生是思维最活跃的一个群体，他们才刚刚进入学校这个小社会，还没有被条条框框完全束缚；他们出生在一个信息高速发展的时代，因而有着超乎我们想象的思维……他们并不是以前的我们！

关于听课。同样是小学课堂，以前是听课学新知识，现在是听课学“本领”。角色转换间，感触也转换了。坐在教室后面，有些许喜悦与兴奋，也有些许对未来感到的压力。虽然准备考研时看了很多教育类的书，但是真的要在实际中运用我还太嫩。听了有经验教师的课，有两个感想：现在小学英语课堂比我想象的要有趣；上好一堂课真的要花心思！

总而言之，若踏上教师这条路，那必定任重而道远！

第二周 2.24——2.28

第二周的工作与第一周大致相同，还是听课积累经验阶段。但因为与学生慢慢熟悉了些，私下与学生的交流增多了，这倒让我从另一个角度看到了原本看不到的问题。最明显的是，我所认为的课堂有趣或者应该改进的环节（即使我试图站在学生的角度考虑）总会同学生有些偏差。还有，帮学生解决疑问时，我试图用我觉得他们认为可以接受的方法讲解，他们还是觉得复杂。看来对小学生各阶段的知识水平太不熟悉。如此说来，即使不上课，也要好好“备备课”。 这周让我觉得比较有趣的是跟孩子一起出了一期英语板报。初中时候当了三年的宣传委员终于派上了用场。一来出板报是我喜欢的事，二来跟学生交流想法很有意思。

虽然每天做着重复的工作，但是每天的充实让人踏实。

第三周 3.3——3.7

充实的日子总是过得很快，转眼已经三周。这周有两次讲课的机会还蛮让我兴奋的。虽然以前周末兼职过剑桥少儿英语，但跟小学英语教学还是有差别的。剑桥英语每次课的授课内容很多，容易走上“赶进度”的歧途，高年级的学员会觉得负担重甚至无趣；而小学英语每次上课的内容较少，重点突出，每次课要掌握的内容比较精简。小学英语的备课关键在“趣”。内容少所以需要多次重复才能让课堂充实而不空洞，而多次重复并做到让人不生厌恶之感便是最好。从在职教师的课堂听课过程中还是学到了很多有用的技巧，有些被自己忽视或看轻的使用小技巧还是值得重视的。

第四周3.10——3.14

纪念实习一个月。总算体验了一个月的“社会生活”。虽然还是在学校里，但已不是昔日的孩子，必须逼迫自己长大，然后学会承担。比起以后真正工作，实习的人性之处在于有师傅教你，在于即使犯错也还有可以被原谅的借口。

一个月虽然只是短短的开始，但工作中的种种辛苦亦能窥见一斑。以后的路还很长，须知，如果选择，务必坚持！老师这个职业真的是很能体现个人思想觉悟的一个行当。即使你不是共产党员，你也必须凭良心做事，以高标准要求自己。教书育人真的不会有立竿见影的效果，但点滴付出的积累，收效却会让人震惊！当罗素说知识，爱，同情心便是我他生活的动力时，我觉得支撑一名教师走完职业生涯的主要动力必定不会是金钱。如果一个教师可以完全凭着对金钱的追求走下去，那他必定走得很辛苦。即使物质收益乐观，精神收效也不见得能与之成正比。若想走得远，必定不能有太多包袱，而放下(来自:WWw.zW2.CN 爱作文网)包袱的关键在于自己本身。希望若干年后，若我真的是一名教师，还未能忘此初衷。那样，我才能在回顾点滴时，淡然而笑。这便是踏实的幸福。

第五周 3.17——3.21

本周最大的感想是，信任，不仅仅是相信对方没有欺骗，更重要的是相信对方可以做到！老师对学生的信任大抵在于此。以前兼职剑桥少儿英语培训时就有这样的感想，所以也就一直抱着这样的心态：学生、家长、老师的心中都有一股“地心引力”，如果大家都觉得孩子不是块好料，那孩子的发展必定不尽如人意。但当三方引力都朝着正能量的道儿上走，那孩子的路就不会太差。

很多时候家长会跟老师说：我家孩子很调皮啊，不太听话，您要多费心了！不巧的是，老师也会回应：好的，我会多注意他，给他单独安排座位。听到这些我就会有点感伤。首先，从老师的角度来说，在老师还没有接触这个学生前，家长给出这样先入为主的暗示是否会影响老师今后对孩子的态度呢？家长这样说就真的有利于自己孩子么？再从孩子的角度说。谁不喜欢听表扬？孩子当然是最喜欢的。那么家长在说这话时，当着孩子的面就更不好了。孩子会不会想，反正妈妈和老师都觉得我不乖，那我还有改变的必要么？或者，我还能改变他们的坏印象么？如此看似简简单单的一句话却可以对多方产生不算积极的心理暗示。家长和老师对孩子多些信任吧，信任是对孩子而言最幸福的拥抱。

如果家长真的很想向老师反映情况，我觉得不是不能如实反映，是不是跟老师商量双方的“对策”会更好？当面给孩子难堪，或许是家长的无意，或许是中国人的过分谦虚。但无论如何，我们都要提醒自己，孩子的心到底还是脆弱的，再倔强的孩子也不是真的“坚强”。

第六周 3.24——3.28

上小学的时候我就很好奇来听课的到底在听些什么？他们早就知道的知识怎么还用得着听呢？现在想来，听课对一面教师而言确实是不可或缺的基本能力，是学他人之长补已之短的有效途径。看着自己这几周来听课的笔记，感觉满满的都是财富。上学期教学实训课上听各位同学模拟讲课，学习的是被架空了的教法，为什么这样说呢？我个人认为，初来乍到的我们，在实训课堂上即使模拟了老师的讲课过程，也没法模拟学生那五花八门的反应！所以现在的听课，听的是教学机智。新老师在处理课堂突发情况时总有些手足无措，这不是专业知识不够，而是教学技能不娴熟。那么最快的成长方法除了自己积累教学经验外，学习有经验教师的巧妙智慧也至关重要。

我们所处的这个时代是高速发展的。这种高速发展带来不仅仅是科学技术的突飞猛进，还

有人的心智的发展。现在的孩子大不像我们的从前，教学方法必须与时俱进。当下即现实，就不要总拿“当年”来说事了。

第七周 3.31——4.4

记得以前选修教育心理学时，老师给我们看了段李吉林老师的视频。主要讲述了李老师的情境教学法以及她悉心奉献教育的感人事迹。李老师并没有如何地惊天地，但她的动人之处在于点滴之间，她为学生考虑的方方面面。虽然她教授的是小学语文课程，但她讲述的却是做人的哲学。哲学这个词放在小学看来似乎太遥远，但李老师确能将“大道理”融入情境，融入教学，融入孩子们的心里。

语文教学如此，英语又何尝不是。好像情境教学一开始是引自英语的吧。作为教师，无论教授哪门课程，都要怀揣着对教学的热忱，对孩子的热心。李老师有句话都得很好：你为什么这样上课，要有道理，要能说出背后支撑它的理论。很多时候我们容易把理论理解为“本本主义”。其实不然，没有科学理论支撑的教学行为是站不住脚的，是无法真正从科学的角度促进孩子发展的。这么看来，对处于摸索迷茫阶段的我而言，任重道远是一个行走在脚下的词。

第八周 4.7——4.11

人们常说，老师这个行当是当下即未来：我今天在干嘛，我二十年后还在干嘛。实习这么久果真如此。所幸还没厌倦。不过要说厌倦的话，那也太没良心了。再说李吉林老师吧，她的那个视频我时常重温，每每都深受感动，她说，教育是要讲良心的。老师这个职业虽然稳定，但工资总归不是很高。如果办个黑心教育，那还能赚点。要踏踏实实做好每天的工作，良心是支撑着走下去的坚强支柱！

人们还说，随着你慢慢长大，你终将会变成你原本讨厌的那个人。是啊，我能保证我二十年后不昧着良心干活吗？那就二十年后回答吧，现在说什么也不能博得同情分的。二十年后的自己难道真不如现在的自己？还是说，二十年后不得不被社会染成自己不喜欢的颜色？二十年见分晓！

虽然实习结束了，但对这份职业的热情还在继续??

I have rested for 10 days. In these days, I felt very bored. I didn’t know to do what. Although I had a lot of things to do, I felt uncomfortable. I was ill because of the hot weather. America was attacked by terror is ts on September 11 th is year. the terror is ts crashed into America’s pentagon with an airplane. the terror is ts used airplanes to hit many tall buildings in America. there were bombs inside the buildings. When the airplanes hit the tall buildings, the tall buildings and the airplanes exploded. About six thousand people died. How terrible that is ! I think the terror is ts were crazy. Today is Friday. It is my thirteenth birthday. I got up very early in the morning and put on my new clothes happily. My parents bought me the new clothes as my birthday presents. I went to school earlier than before. I invited many of my classmates to come to my birthday party in the evening. Evening came at last. Many of my classmate came to my home. they bought me lots of beautiful presents. they all said,"Happy birthday to you!" We sang birthday songs happily.then my parents brought out a big birthday cake, saying, "We love you for ever. Happy birthday!"

At the end of the party, we ate the birthday cake and some other delicious food. How happy I was! Let’s Repair It Together!

It was Monday. I got up very early and was the first to come to the classroom. When I came to my desk and was going to sit down, I found my chair was broken. What could I do? At that

time no one was around. I quickly changed my chair with Li Ming’s and sat down to read the book as if nothing had happened.

(3) An Unforgettable Holiday

I am ’always busy with my lessons. What I have to do everyday is nothing but study.

Luckily, last summer my family went to my uncle’s farm.We enjoyed a really interesting holiday. During the holiday, I didn’t have to get up early, nor did I need to finish many exercises. I rode the horse in the fields. I milked the cows on the farm. To my GREat joy, my uncle invited me to go fishing. Life on the farm is quite different from that at school. (4) A Day to Remember

It was Sunday. Our teacher Mr Zhu led us to a park nearby.Usually we go to the park to spend our holiday. But today we went there to take part in voluntary labour.

We got there at nine o’clock. Mr Zhu divided us into three groups and then we began working. the students in Group One planted trees and watered flowers. the studentsin Group Two were busycollecting litter left by the tourist. they also cleaned the benches in the park. I was in Group Three. We went to the children’s playground and cleaned all the equipment there. We worked very hard.

At about eleven we finished working. We met at the gate of the park. We all felt tired but very happy.

(5) A Sunset

the sunset is very beautiful and lovely. Its scene is as wonderful as a suise but it is even more beautiful to watch it in the country than in the city.

When the sun begins to set behind the mountains, its long rays light up the GREen fields. the clouds in the sky also begin to glow with a golden light, and the mountains are really colourful. When the sun begins to set behind the mountain, it looks like a red ball. Its light fills the sky and changes the colour of the clouds from gold to red. When the sun is gone altogether behind the mountain, the clouds turn GREy and the mountains become black.

then you cannot help admiring the wonder of nature.
