A.主谓一致问题.each of...后面的谓语应用单数,所以是was而不是were.
B.本来我错选了这一项.不过后来想想破折号间的内容相当于插入语,可以省略.这样一来就成了HR, PP, MG, and MW were strong and interesting women,very different from the often pallid women who populate his novels.那his在句中就没有指代了.而且比较BC两个选项,可以看出C和原文最接近,句中重点也一致.说的是H's wives怎么怎么,不同于H书中的人物.
D.这句错得很厉害.一来重心转移,二来逻辑有问题.强壮有趣的女人都是海明威的老婆,或者说只有HR, PP, MG, and MW 这些人是强壮有趣的女人,这明显不对.另外,each a wife of hemingway这个表达本身我觉得就不对.
E.every one永远错,因为既可以形容整体(all),又可以形容个体(each).
