本文根据GIS技术的特点、区域地理的教学内容及教学特点、建构主义教学论和探究式教学对GIS技术在中学区域地理中应用的可行性和重要性进行了分析.同时,对GIS技术在中学区域地理探究式课堂中的应用结合案例进行了研究.结果表明,将GIS技术应用中学区域地理教学可以弥补传统区域地理教学中的不足,激发学生学习地理的兴趣,培养学生自主学习及独立分析、解决问题的能力,让学生更多的参与到区域地理的课堂教学中来.

According to the GIS technology characteristic, region geograpy teaching content and teaching characteristic, the teaching theory of constructivism and inquiry teaching, the feasibility and significance of GIS technology application in the region geograpy teaching of middle school are analysed in the text. At the same time, combining with case ,GIS technology application in the region geograpy inquiry teaching of middle school is studyed. The result clearly states that GIS technology application in the region geograpy teaching of middle school can make up deficiency in the tradition region geograpy teaching , can inspire students interest in learning geography, can develop their capacity for self-study, independent analysis and solving the problem, also can make students take part in the region geograpy teaching.
