摘 要：随着社会的发展,怎么安全、有效、合理的用药已引起社会强烈的关注.这些年来关于药物不良反应（adverse drug reaction,ADR）的报道与讨论已经很多,已引起了各方面的注意与研究.临床上对药品的要求不只是关注它能不能够治病,同时更关注在治疗疾病的时候,所使用的药品应当尽可能少地出现ADR.合理用药与合理治疗始终同时存在,这不仅是一个既古老又新颖的课题,也是药学工作者永恒的话题.药学工作的宗旨是以服务人民为中心、临床药学为基础,促进临床科学用药,其核心是保障临床治疗中的安全用药.本文结合文献,浅谈一下常见的药品不良反应与安全用药问题

Abstract: with the development of society, how to be safe, effective, reasonable medication has aroused strong concern. These years on adverse drug reactions ( adverse drug reaction, ADR ) reports and discussions have been many, already caused the attention of each respect and research. In clinical medication requirement not only pay attention to it can cure diseases, while more attention in the treatment of diseases of the time, by the use of the drug should be as less as possible the emergence of ADR. Rational drug use and reasonable treatment always exist at the same time, it is not only an old and new topic, also is the eternal topic of the medical workers.
