随着中华鳖养殖业的兴起和发展,池塘养殖排放水体对周围环境的威胁也日益严重.本文采用凤眼莲、枯草芽孢杆菌、螺蛳作为试验材料,以中华鳖养殖排放废水的人工沟渠水体作为处理对象,利用分光光度计法监测试验期间水体的总氮(TN)、总磷(TP)含量的变化.结果表明,凤眼莲-枯草芽孢杆菌-螺蛳三者对水体的联合处理,脱氮除磷效果显著.根据试验期间的数据显示,总氮含量由6.3148mg/L降至0.492162mg/L,TN的去除率达92.20%;TP由1.278mg/L下降至0.13652mg/L,去除率达到89.31%.从结果可知,凤眼莲-枯草芽孢杆菌-螺蛳联合对中华鳖的养殖水体修复的效果优越,可作为水体修复的优选生物组合.

Along with the Chinese turtle in the rise and development of the animal husbandry,breeding pond water discharge on the surrounding the threat to the environment is increasingly serious.This paper using eichhorina crassipes,bacillus subtilis,spiral lions as test material,with Chinese turtle breeding wastewater of artificial ditch water as treatment object,using spectrophotometer method monitoring during the trial of water in total nitrogen (TN) and total phosphorus (TP) content changes.The results show that eichhorina crassipes - bacillus subtilis - three water snails to joint processing,denitrification and dephosphorization effect is remarkable.According to the test period data show that the total nitrogen content from 6.3148 mg/L fell to 0.492162 mg/L,TN removal rate of 92.20%; TP from 1.278 mg/L fell to 0.13652 mg/L,removal rate reached 89.31%.From the result,the eichhorina crassipes - bacillus subtilis - the snails combined the lumen of aquaculture repair effect is superior,can be used as the preferred water body restoration biological combination.
