1.It is forbidden(禁止一般使用这个)/not allowed for visitors to enter the temples with shoes in India.
或是
It is forbidden(禁止一般使用这个)/not allowed for visitors (who are)wearing shoes to enter the temples in India.
1:It is forbidden to visit temples with your shoes in India.
2.The American always wear fantastic clothes on Halloween for having fun.
1.People wearing shoes are prohibited from visiting temples in India.
2.The Americans always wear fantastic costumes on Halloween for having fun.(完全正确)
我以为第1句应该要加上on: with shoes on.
