I need to go and see the doctor, but I will have to wait ___the coming sunday.
A.until B.on C.for D.after 为什么不能选C呢

I need to go and see the doctor, but I will have to wait ___the coming sunday.A.until B.on C.for D.after 为什么不能选C呢
A.until的意思是“直到……”
1.used to show a length of time (表示一段时间)比如说:for 3 days.
2.used to show that something is arranged or intended to happen at a particular time (安排或预定)在…时. The meeting is arranged for 9 o'clock.(看,这里的arrange就是个瞬间动词,而不是持续性动词)
