"Break,Break,Break"
Break,break,break,
On thy cold gray stones,O Sea!
And I would that my tongue could utter
The thoughts that arise in me.
O well for the fisherman's boy,
That he shouts with his sister at play!
O well for the sailor lad,
That he sings in his boat on the bay!
And the stately ships go on
To their haven under the hill:
But O for the touch of a vanish'd hand,
And the sound of a voice that is still!
Break,break,break,
At the foot of thy crags,O Sea!
But the tender grace of a day that is dead
Will never come back to me.

1.They are unfeeling, cold and indifferent.the waves of the ocean carry on breaking against rocks along the seashore without pausing even for a moment. The rest of the world carries on as well.
2.The 2nd stanza is of two phrases but not complete sentences, which reinforces the heartbreaking sadness of a deep-mourning man. There is good reason for the innocent boy and the carefree young sailor—to shout and sing with joy,but there seems no chance for the poet to feel the touch and hear the voice of the dear friend again.
3.The sea's.The poet considers the sea as a person and communicates with him.
