I think, to be or not to be punctual is a habit. However, we often fail to realize the influence of this habit in our life.
Punctuality is an important constituent of good character. A person who is always on time for his appointments shows real consideration for others. A person who is always late for date shows his selfishness and thoughtlessness. Even a few minutes'delay will cause trouble for the one who are waiting for you. Because my friend’s delay, I wasted half an hour sitting there waiting for him, he disturbed my plan of the day. Furthermore, someone never be punctual, it also proves that he is not a man who worth trust.
Since punctuality is a good habit and a nice virtue, we should pay more attention on it, and make much effort to cultivate this good habit. So that we may have a strong sense of punctuality and do whatever we are supposed to do on time. It has much to do with our future.
