摘 要
民营经济的发展是中国经济持续发展的重要保证,也是社会主义市场经济重要的组成部分.随着我国加入WTO,民营企业面临的竞争对手不再局限于国内,增强民营企业的竞争力,已刻不容缓.本文分析了华纳东北分公司现阶段员工激励机制的现状和缺点,在此基础上提出了新型激励机制,并对其在民营企业的运用进行了阐述.本文分以下几个部分：
第一部分主要是对民营企业介绍及激励机制意义现状的一种阐述
第二部分主要是建立一种新型民营企业激励机制,他能解决现阶段民营企业在员工激励方面存在的问题.
第三部分主要是分析新型激励机制在我国民营企业中运用的可行性,并对其应用具体方法进行了阐述.

The development of run by private capital economy is important assurance that the Chinese economy keeps on a development,is also constituting of socialism market economy importance part.Because the our country joins WTO,the private enterprise faces of the rival no longer limit at domestic,strengthen the competition ability of private enterprise and have been urgent.This text analyzed the northeast of Warner branch the employee encourage the present condition and weakness of mechanism currently and put forward on this foundation new encourage a mechanism,and as to it's carried on to elaborate in the usage of private enterprise.Cent of this text following few parts:
First part mainly is introduce and encourage 1 kind of mechanism meaning present condition to elaborate to the private enterprise
Second part mainly is build up a kind of new private enterprise to encourage a mechanism,he can solve the private enterprise in present stage to encourage the problem of aspect existence at the employee.
The third part is mainly analytical new encourage a mechanism to make use of in the private enterprise at the our country of possibility,and as to it's applied the concrete method carried on to elaborate.
