Nowadays customer relations is seen to be one of the most important aspects in the marketing techniques used by firms.Firms have also begin to adopt the idea that "Customers are always right" and "We must always listen to the customers' needs",from these statements it is not difficult to see that how firms are becoming weary about the impression that the firm has given customers as this would actually by no doubt have a large impact on the development and running of the firm.
If the firm does well in keeping good customer relations,it is obvious that the customer will then be more likely to come back and purchase goods and services from the firm,and may also recommend friends or family to buy the products from the firm.This would therefore be likely to increase sales levels of the firm and would therefore lead to higher levels of profit.
Also there is a way of making customers feel valued is by listening to feedbacks of customers who have bought and used the products provided by the firms.If the firm really take account what customers say,the customers will feel that what they say is important for the development of the firm and would feel satisfy by that,and would also believe that the quality of the products provided by the firm would be better with the comments that they gave,therefore would consider re-purchasing the products from that same firm.Also the firm can actually take action to customer feedbacks which the firm thinks are quite relevant and useful,therefore improving the quality of the products or to improve the efficiency of the firm.In any anyway it would lead to higher sales levels in the future.
