摘要:含水体系中以硝酸锶,氢氧化钡,钛酸四丁酯为原料,用共沉淀法合成星形和花形两种不同形貌的钛酸锶钡颗粒,采用XRD,SEM对粒子进行了表征.将不同形貌钛酸锶钡(Ba0.75Sr0.25TiO3)粒子分散于明胶水凝胶体系,在有/无电场作用下制备复合胶体,并考察钛酸锶钡形貌对复合胶体力学性能的影响.结果表明,钛酸锶钡的粒径约为8-10μm,具有立方相结构.两种形貌的钛酸锶钡在没有电场作用下所得的胶体硬度相近,有电场作用时星形粒子分散的复合胶体的硬度明显增大,表明星形粒子对电场作用的响应更强烈.

Strontium nitrate,barium hydroxide and tetrabutyl titanate is used as raw material in the aqueous system.The precipitation method is used to synthesize strontium titanate grain with two different shapes,starlike and floriated.XRD and SEM is used to characterize the grains.The composite colloid is produced under electric field and not after the grains with different shapes are dispersed in the glutin hydrogel system.The mechanical property of composite colloid is measured to investigate the influence on the colloid by the shape of strontium titanate.The results show that the strontium titanate has 8-10μm of grain size and cubic phase structure.The rigidity of colloids with two shapes is at close range.The rigidity of colloids dispersed by starlike grain is improved clearly under electric field.It shows that starlike grains have stronger responsibility for the electric field.
